Covid 19 NuHair Salon Protocol (Updated April 2021)
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Procedures & Protocols
The health and safety of our staff and clients is our number one priority. It is our responsibility to follow guidelines and take this very seriously. Constantly sanitizing, disinfecting and providing a safe and clean environment for our clients. We practice social distancing between chairs, ensuring no client will be closer than 6ft apart. Also, due to provincial restrictions, we have limited capacity within the salon and will only be operating under an appointment only basis. No “walk-ins” at this time.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMING IN
1) If you have been exposed to, sick with or quarantined because of exposure to COVID-19 , PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
2) Please enter wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times and loops behind the ears. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one at no cost
3) Wait outside the front door of the salon until we greet you. Do not come earlier then appointment time.
4) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Debit, ApplePay all through touchless options
5) NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD ARE PERMITTED.
6) Leave your bags and large purses behind. We keep the clients jackets separate.
7) Attend appointments alone. One client per stylist at a time.
9) We love you but can’t hug you or shake your hand.
10) We have limited client capacity in the salon for your safety.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SALON
1) Enter the salon while already wearing a mask and use the hand sanitizer station located directly beside the entrance.
2) There will temporarily be no magazines or beverages available.
3) If you would like to purchase products, please let us know and we will get it for you.
WHAT STAFF MEMBERS ARE DOING
2) We have daily public health checklists that we follow to properly sanitize and disinfect the salon.
3) We wear face masks at all times
4) We wash our hands frequently.
5) We clean and disinfect tools before every appointment.
6) We stay home if we are sick.
7) We practice social distancing as much as possible within the salon
